You know things have to change at school.

Whether you are looking at schools from the perspective of the principal, or grappling with just how to turn the tide for your child who is struggling in school, you deserve clear answers and real support - not outdated strategies, more frustrations and waiting for "next year" to turn things around.

The truth?

We know what to do to radically improve schools. One small part has to do with making strong action plans that meet individual child's needs AND serve the whole school.

I can help you untangle the challenges in your school year - whether as a school leader or a parent with a child with ADHD.

And the reason I serve both, is that the whole system has to work for the youth in schools, the educators supporting them daily AND the parents in the community.

That's exactly why I'm here.

I've woven two decades of direct experience in school leadership + the latest research + the shared experience of a parent navigating a system to create a ROADMAP for you and your child.

From elementary school through high school, your child deserves to feel confident, connected and empowered as they navigate school.

The BEST accommodation is the one that works and grows with your child.

A bit about me...

After two decades of building bridges in education (teacher → principal → executive director), I now coach leaders who are ready to move beyond the status quo.

Think less "that's how we've always done it" and more "let's figure out what's actually possible."

Based in Seattle (where summer sunlight stretches past 10pm and winter... well, let's focus on summer), I partner with education leaders nationwide to tackle the thorny challenges of modern schools - from AI integration to equity-centered practices that stick.

My particular superpower? Helping leaders cut through the noise to focus on what matters most: creating schools where both kids and adults thrive.

Why the name Pulsehive? Because school leadership is a life force (pulse) that's strongest when we build in community (hive).

And since 2024, I've added a part of my work that coaches parents to transform the school experience for their child with ADHD, anxiety or chronic illness. We leverage the 504 Plan process and research-based, doableclassroom accommodations from K-12th grade.

Because the advocacy we do together to make school work for your child will transform the experience for the better for everyone.
